    Step 1

    把芦笋切成6公分长,红黄甜椒切长条。Cut the asparagus into 6cm lengths, and cut the red and yellow bell peppers into long strips.

    Step 2

    放入滚水中略烫,取出浸泡冰水,待凉后沥干水份,摆入碟中。Put it in boiling water to blanch slightly then soaked in ice water, drain after cooling down then arrange on plate.

    Step 3

    把全部调味料放入碗中搅拌均匀成酱汁,再淋上芦笋中,撒上适量芝麻即可享用。Put all the seasonings in a bowl and mix well to make a sauce, then drizzle on asparagus, sprinkle some sesame then enjoy.
